Judy L. Carter
A memorial service will be at 2 p.m. Monday, June 2, 2008, in Lincoln Memorial Funeral Home for Judy L. Carter, who died May 27 of a lung infection at age 54.
Judy L. Duggan was born Jan. 30, 1954, in Portland. She graduated from Madison High School and was a school bus driver for the North Clackamas School District. She moved to Sandy in 2004. In 1978, she married Bert Carter; he died in 2003.
Survivors include her daughter, Susan Hammons; sons, Dan, William and Jeremy; and four grandchildren.
